Cart safety and management are not a priority and club Rangers regularly allow cart operation by drunks, children, and the physically and mentally handicapped, a great safety concern. When one member was severely injured by a handicapped elderly individual operating a cart he had been given on to joy ride with, right in front of a ranger, the club and its insurer denied liability and did not even apologize.
