Vehicles sales experience was amazing. It was quick and fast and I was in my vehicle in no time.

Service department, I am not impressed with. I came in with a signal failure. I waited 5 1/2 hours in the lobby for a 30 min fix.
I was told it s an easy fix and shouldn t take long by 2 separate people. So me and my 3 year old daughter waited, waited and waited. Even the other customers noticed how long I was there and felt my frustration from the conversations I had while I sat and waited.

Would I go back... probably, BUT I would have much rather been told, take the shuttle home and we will call you when it s done... rather than have me waiting all day and waste my time.
