We came to this resort as part of a Disney tour package. Everything was great coming from Canada though if you use the Disney magic Express for your luggage it doesn't work exactly as you expect. They don't actually pick up your luggage from the plane and delivered to the hotel you have to take it out of baggage claim to an area and they will collector from that area.

The hotel itself is wonderful. Tons of great amenities and the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful
