My sister was brought in by ambulance for a heart attack. After getting the call we drove there in a snow storm from Jackson. Having never been there, I pulled into the emergency parking garage and rode all the way up 4 levels to the roof to park. After taking the elevator down an going in to ask where to find her room, I was told I had to go back out, up the elevator, drive my car back down and around the other side of the building and park in the main parking garage, where they charge five dollars to park!! I've never been through such a hassle at any other hospital, especially going to see a family member in critical condition. I had heard a lot of negative things regarding this hospital and now I know why. I'm very nervous about the treatment my sister will be receiving in this place.
