Made this appointment to have the tail light lens...
Made this appointment to have the tail light lens replaced due to water leaking in. Appointment made 6weeks in advance. I took the car in and left it and never received a call as to what was going on. Was told they tried..ok i will give them the benefit of the doubt. But then when i came back to see what was going on this was after I called and made them come and get me. I had made multiple attempts to contact them now standing in the service area I was told the part was ordered and I would have to bring it back. Really you had 6 weeks to order the part and have it ready. Do you not look at your appointments and plan for them or are we just a number $$ that you run through...So now I have to once again go through the frustration of taking my car back and hopefully getting it fixed this time . Only upside your shuttle drivers are the nicest and most empathic employees that you have. Need to get your phone etiquette revamped. Called and got voice mail each time. Frustrating to say the least never going to baxter west service dept. Again worst customer service I have experienced since delta 6 years ago. And I won't fly delta what does that tell you about my feelings for baxter west. This was the first time going to Baxter West ..it will also be my last time. What a waste of time.
