Mammoth Site tucked right outside of the town of Hot Spring. Parking lot had a great views of the surrounding area. Inside is where the magic started. The tour starts with a movie about how this fossil site came to be and some other intriguing points, be sure to watch the entire movie as it just loops after its done!

The building has gorgeous displays and was still an active dig site today! Never seen a mammoth skull but spoiler alert its bigger than my 5'6 self (5'7 on tinder). They had displays of bison as well as ancient hunting techniques. Place is in an odd spot however so sadly no walking trails.

Very interesting site made me want to take up mammoth hunting!
The place is like when you're forced to go to your families Thanksgiving dinner but once you finally get outside (or inside the sites case) to the back yard to get away from the family and watch you 75 year old grandfather chain smoke darts with no health downside so far... very interesting!
