I bought a Saturn vue pending they fix the catalytic converter, which they claimed was the issue when the check engine light came on. They kept promising it would be done and then didn't respond to calls or texts for days. When I did finally get ahold of someone, th ey were rude, interrupted me and talked over me. All I asked for was clear communication as to when it would be ready. Then when it was finally fixed and I bought it, they didn't tell me they didn't have the title until after my ride had left. This was a week and a half ago. Despite more empty promises that the title would be mailed to me, I still don't have it. Again they are not answering calls or texts and when I do get through, I can't get a straight answer as to where my title is. I get interrupted with a rude tone and talked over everytime I ask. They even lied to me; first they weren't calling me because my voicemail box wasn't set up ( I've had the same voicemail for 10 years, so nice try) Then, they didn't know where the title was, then it was sitting at the post office waiting to be picked up. Finally got through to a polite person who was able to look up the tracking number and tell me it is on its way. Who knows? Bottom line is these guys are shady, rude, and probably sold me a stolen vehicle after they failed to fulfill their end of the bargain because the check engine light is back on with the same problem. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!
