I have spoken to Chinyere today, due to my contract for my flat, for which im waiting to receive a reponse for 3 weeks now. After another unsuccessful attempt to get some answers, she assured me she will give me a call by the end of today. As expected no phone call.

I would like to say, I'm extremely dissatisfied with your customer service.
