Don t get me wrong, this is a beautiful hotel, lobby gorgeous, the entrance feels like a palace, we were here for an event on the 3rd floor, everything was great until I walked into the bathroom. DISGUSTING! The only way I can describe it, for such a nice luxurious hotel I would think bathroom upkeep wouldn t be an issue. Soon as I walked in, the floor looked like it hasn t been mopped for a few days, the bathroom had very poor ventilation, it felt like I walked outside of how humid it was, and when I walked into a stall, the toilet was clogged and overflowing with feces! Wow, so I walked right out and decided to look for another bathroom downstairs in the lobby hoping for a better result, downstairs the bathroom was equally disgusting, piss stains on all the seats, paper towels on the floor and also looked like no one mops the floor, I would be a little reluctant to recommend this place, the bathroom upkeep says a lot, hopefully this hasn t been the experience for others. Cross my fingers.
