I stayed here a few years ago, back in 2015, I was 17, I must say all the bad reviews about this place are absolutely true! If I could give this place zero stars I would.
The staff are extremely rude, they keep you in your room most of the time unless you re going to eat or you re cooperating in group, majority of my time here I was unable to speak to my family and or see them.
Whenever I d ask did any of my family members call to speak with me I was told no but once I left and went home my family said they d call several times a day to speak to me but the staff wouldn t allow them because I was in group or sleeping. Bunch of lies from these people! The facility is not clean or sanitary at all, girls arguing and fighting and some of the staff were even entertaining it! I received NO help from this place whatsoever, I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy! One day I even got yelled at because I was unable to get in the shower in a timely fashion because all the other girls got in before me and by the time I was able to get in when they were finished it was too late so I got screamed at. WORST PLACE EVER. FELT LIKE JAIL.
