I put in a request for a quote. I was contacted very quickly which is the reason for the one star. I was taken through a series of questions. What kind of windows did I want, what kind are currently installed, age of house and so on. Do I want premium windows? I don't know the difference in windows so I did not know. I was asked if I was the only homeowner or if someone else owns the home with me. My husband and I work opposite schedules and do not have days off in common. I just want a quote and this company will not do it unless everyone on title is there for a quote. I said that maybe I will call Lowes and see if they can provide a quote. I was immediately hung up on. I am happy that I did not have this company come out.
