My experience with Redsys does not finish booting. I really can not comment on their services in production, since we do not pass the implementation. This opinion refers to your pity support service. Where the staff only releases the first thing that comes to mind to get the incident off. I have passed 10 lines of code and they have given me 4 wrong answers in a round trip that has meant a whole day of lost work. No one has known or wanted to help and I repeat only 10 lines of code. Pity support.
