Worked with a guy named Ryan Pinney and spent hours talking with him and filling out papers explaining why i was a good fit for the job and he decided to not even try to send it in to the company..

I understand if you dont want to try with applicants but why have me go through everything when i told you everything before we started the process.

Huge waste of time.
Be careful with this guy if you end up with him
