I called Millennium Trust Company today and after I verified my information, they were extremely pleasant and helpful. I had a small IRA roll over to them automatically from a previous employer and opted to cash out. Jen, the customer service rep on the phone was extremely helpful and guided me through the online process. I can see why they encourage the online process. Makes things a lot simpler and faster.

The online form they have for a distribution request gives you the option to cash out or roll over the funds into another account and as mentioned, it's extremely intuitive. I was impressed as I thought it would be a PITA.

I should be all set with-in two weeks!
