Three days before my daughter's wedding, a storm blew shingles off my roof and water came down through 2 floors including the downstairs ceiling where a huge fan was hanging by a thread. Floors were ruined upstairs and downstairs. I was beside myself. Servpro came in within hours and began drying everything and estimating costs for my insurance company. They were super professional and needed no supervision so I was able to go about completing wedding plans. Within 2 weeks the entire thing was cleaned, dried, repaired. It truly was like it never even happened except I got new floors!
