Pros: informed, professional staff; clean amenities; know where to find the hot spots for snorkeling; meaty lunch plus open bar on the 45-minute return to port. Cons: huge, and crowded; even a few non-abiding passengers can really reduce the appeal for the rest of us; plenty of nickel-and-dime add-ons, like cameras, wet suits, SNUBA, photos, and more photos.
