I have to say that I have never been treated with such disrespect, lied to repeatedly and tried to be taken advantage off by trying to make me pay out of pocket when my warranty covered for all the service by both the service adviser and the service manager which was extremely rude and unhelpful. This review is for everyone that has a 3rd party warranty, do your due diligence and call ahead of time and check all the facts, do not agree on any work to be done to your car until you check yourself with the warranty otherwise they will probably try to take advantage and ask for money from you and the warranty, very shady staff, extremely disappointed in my experience. I will never use their service again. Jessica the receptionist is the only reason they get one star, she was the only one that has been very polite every time I called back to try and get this situation solved.
Disappointed in the GM irritated reaction when I wanted to address my concerns even though he eventually listened to what I had to say and apologized. I really hope that this will not happen to anybody else and the management will address and fix this in the future.
