The management here isn't great. The employees at night just hate their job and it shows. I don't blame them, everything feels like a dead end when you work here.

In few words, working here SUCKS. The product isn't what is shown here. They cross contaminate most of everything, machines are up to 50 years old, not properly working still running. The head of HR is a absolute joke, the managers are a joke. To their clients, keep a very close eye on your product. They once had bugs in the nutrient and kept it running and packaged it. Glad I left this place!

To be honest i really liked working there. I just to love what i did, Nutrient tech, the job a little hard but manageable. Some people were awesome, i understand the company is expanding and thats great. If i could go back there i would, any given day. HR people are helpful and professional. But the only concern was a Lead from 2nd Shift, Pedro Q. that guy was so irritated, no lie, all he does is be on the phone all day everyday, even now. leads should be guiding you and helping you out, not like him he was a diffferent story, i feel bad for that deparment, some of the employees quit because of him just like me, i quit because of him, if it wasnt for him i would off maybe probably be working there, helping out the company to whatever.

My experience at this place was awful. They overwork the employees and most definitely do not appreciate the hard work their employees do. But nothing was as bad as the main reason I decided to quit. Which was the lead from the second shift Pedro quesada. This guy does not have an understanding of what it means to be a leader and help your employees. On the contrary he is lazy and demanding, but gets the credit for the work of other employees. I tried to go to my managers for help and nothing was done about it. It got to the point where he harassed me during work hours and even threatened me to take the problem outside of work.
This behavior was so unacceptable and no one did anything about it. I hope this is helpful for some and if you are looking into working here please don t.

the receptionist with tarantula eyes is a self appointed HR rep. She should be fired.

the worst place i have ever worked lots of the people lie here and supposedly the best person which is in 3rd shift named bobby backs them up 100% the BS here is funny they like to make up stories about you to get you in trouble to only land you if the HR office again and again. they let me go because i was arguing to much? first off i was never absent from work i was always early and always respectful and always doing MY JOB. they expect you to do other people's job that your not getting paid for. the funny part is bobby talks a lot and tends to lean to harassment and then he thinks it's funny. when i reported to bobby that one of their workers had threatened me to get me fired and that he would F me up he backed him up 100% like really? i'm def going to do the right thing for my self and go to the right people about this issue.

Like all growing companies J&D has potential to grow, but who ever is in charge of safety should really step up their game when it comes to employee safety and satisfaction. There is no order on hoe the pallets and racks should be placed and stored within the facility; the gel racks are stacked to high for the employees to safely unload and dump the pills; lastly there aren't enough floor mats in the pill rooms for foot and back support.
There are many other safety and packaging issues which is leading to a high employee turnover and injury rate.
Once again J&D does have the potential to grow and keep it's employees, but those in positions of HR and safety need to stop treading water and collecting a pay check and start swimming twords seeing the employees working in a safe and productively efficient work environment.

This place has no consideration for the people working. They are so mean and rude to their workers, and hire people that are not qualified for the job. All of the HR department is a JOKE. They hire people and fire people like it's the normal thing to do. There's SO many law suits against this company it's ridiculous.

I AM ACTUALLY NUTRIENT TECH III (2ND SHIFT)AND LIKE HOW THE JOB IS SO PROFESSIONNAL.THE COMPANY IS GROWING AND I TAKE MY POSITION NOT AS A JOB BUT AS A CAREER.I REALLY ENJOY EVERY DAYS IN THE COMPANY BECAUSE WE LEARN EVERY DAY HOW MAKING NEW NUTRIENT.I RECOMMAND IT TO ANYBODY WHO WANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

genuinely one of the worst working experiences I have ever had in my life. the place is extremely dirty and only gets cleaned when customers come in. my supervisor Ketan Shah treated people like dogs, he made all of the ladies working in the back cry, and he snaps and yelled at people to their face. the smell there is appalling and the tiles in the lunch room are rotting and half of the microwaves don't even work. before i quit, the manager made it a requirement to work overtime (saturday and sunday), if you work here or plan to work here I recommend you leave immediately. HR and the management team have no consideration for any of the employees and favoritism is highly prevalent in this work place.

Terrible place to work they treat you like dogs nobody cares about there job here this place is falling apart the machines super old also the building an the foundation is cracked every corner worst place i have ever worked theres a bunch of hazards if i could give no stars i would
