I just wanted to leave a review on my great customer service received today by Jeff Herndon of the Severna Park Mac Medics location. Didn't see an option to add a review on the review page.

Jeff was great to work with. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and was very knowledgeable! When I arrived to the store, he greeted me right away and got started working. He provided updates on the progress, answered all my questions and was very professional and friendly. He replaced my battery in my MAC Book Pro and ensured that all my problems were fixed. After receiving such good service from Jeff, I will now be a MacMedics customer for life!
