Terrible experience with worse customer service. I was told week after week that the cabinet that I ordered would be ready for pick-up that week. When I finally addressed this problem with them, they promised me they would call me the next morning and let me know what time I could pick up the cabinet the following day because it would be ready that day. They never called me that morning. I called them that afternoon to find out if it was ready and the man whom I had been dealing with the whole time told be that my cabinet wasn't going to be ready and that "he had bigger problems to deal with and that he didn't have time to be speaking to me." I then asked him if he could cancel my order because I didn't have time to wait any longer and he said yes and then hung up the phone on me.... Needless to say, I will not be working with them anymore and will not be recommending them to anyone else.
