We purchased a Volt from Bill Crispin and were totally satisfied. We took a long time to decide which vehicle/manufacturer we'd end up with, and Randy and Jamie at the dealership were very patient with us, never pressuring us. We had a few questions about the vehicle after delivery, but they were very supportive and informative. In all, the buying experience was perfect.
Unfortunately (after almost three years) the service experience was poor. Waited over a week for an appointment, and then more than 24 hours after dropping it off they still had not looked at it nor could they tell me when they would diagnose the issue. I have no confidence that they understand how to repair a Volt. It's a complex vehicle and requires special training; I opted to pull my car and get service at another dealership where I know they have a Volt specialist.
