Just writing to say how utterly disappointed I am at the rates. We had a booking canceled due to level 5 restrictions which was not a problem, completely understandable.
What I found really disappointing was the change in rates. B&B in Lake Room was 256.50, now for the rest of the year it's 420 - 440. I was told by Michelle it was probably a mobile rate. Michelle was right, it was a mobile rate, but before I rang, I checked rates from my mobile and they are no different to that of the online rates.
Myself and my husband were hoping to stay in the Champagne Suite which was 810 for 2 nights B&B. For a random weekend in November it's 1050.
I think it's a lovely place to stay but these prices are a bit much! And was unfortunate that Michelle's response was "this is the best rate we can offer"
