ABC staffing seems to be an unprofessional company. I was not a client but observed from the outside. They do not have an investment in the success of their clients and do not provide support once they are "hired" by a company, even though they technically still work for ABC. If problems arise, there is no apparent ABC backup and at least one of the recruiters is rude, demeaning, and insulting to clients. She functions this way without getting facts and doesn't seem to care about facts. In fairness, one recruiter was always kind and seemed caring though the company setup is not conducive to that. There other recruiter functions with a bully mentality and when called on it hides behind others or hangs up the phone. Do yourself a favor and find a job on your own, one in which you and the company have an investment in each other without the middle man. Temp jobs seem to be the rule at ABC, despite statements to the contrary.

Let's be clear about ABC staffing. Yes, they will find you a job but it won't be your "career" or your "dream job". 3 jobs through ABC staffing does not a career make. They provide relatively cheap labor to companies because there is no investment on the company's part. Staffing companies seem to be prevalent in Pittsburgh but ABC is not at the top of the heap. Despite reviews requested to the contrary, the unprofessionalism on the part of one recruiter is a fact, proven, documented. The best jobs are those in which both the employer and the employee are invested in each other. This is not the case with jobs through ABC, except perhaps in a rare case-not through ABC's involvement however. If you get a job through ABC to have income, keep looking for a real job.
