I purchased travel insurance through Seven Corners when booking with OneTravel. I had to reschedule my return flight due to a death in the family. Seven Corners sent me an email with all of the documents needed to process the claim. I replied with everything and after a couple weeks they issued me a refund. It was very easy and hassle free.
