I must say I am a little taken back with the negat...

I must say I am a little taken back with the negative reviews I have just read. We went to the show room last week to look for a new front door. We were met with friendly welcome and introduced to a sales person. They explained the differences between the doors ( wood vs fiberglass ), she also showed some of the doors that were on sale "as is". We picked out a fiberglass door with stained glass insert. The installer was able to come out that very day and installed it the next day. He did an excellent job and was very meticulous with everything he did. He explained everything and cleaned the door and area when he finished. Even Though the door was "as is, without warranty" , I feel confident that it was a good purchase and definitely a positive experience. Five Stars for sure. If you are looking for a door, they this company out.
