So my brother booked and paid the room in advance, for a special rate on the top floor with balcony. When checking out, I gave my credit card to pay the minibar. However due to a "computer fault", I was charged for room, upgrade cost and minibar. When I later realized that we had paid twice, I was offered nothing but a free upgrade for my next stay. My credit card was to be refunded by them, can't confirm the refund went through yet. I doubt there will be a next stay, as I don't believe this was due to a computer fault, but staff negligence. I pionted out that I spent more money on calling them with my roaming phone to sort this out, but this has been ignored by them.

On another note, be sure to bring winter clothes for the room toilet, as the floor and toilet are absolutely ice freezing during winter time. Can't believe this hotel didn't have floor heating in the toilet.
