The bad : Unfriendly check in staff at front door. Super unfriendly surgeon office staff on the phone, lil better in person. Ridiculous wait times and unfortuanetely this is where most of your time is spent. Waste of time appts. and copay after surgery. Especially when you think your going to see your surgeon and its the PA instead and your past your 90 day copay free post surgery time period because they couldnt get you in. So make sure your seeing the surgeon when you make an appt. Seems very dishonest especially when its your last appt and you need your actual surgeon to answer your questions.
It wasnt the surgeons fault for not being there either. Appt desk should tell you.
Watch your bill for BS charges. Was taken care of though.
The good: Surgery staff is awesome as well as PT.
