The Phlebotomy Technician program at UMBI exceeded my expectations. The instructors were friendly and highly experienced in the field. The curriculum was well-structured and covered all the necessary topics. The hands-on training and clinical practice were invaluable experiences. The administrative staff was helpful and supportive throughout the program. I would highly recommend UMBI to anyone interested in a career as a phlebotomy technician.
