Edit: Since posting I was contacted by customer service. They offered to refund the difference in overnight shipping. A section on the main website addressing made to order would be a helpful addition.

Old 2 star review : Just to be clear this is a review on customer service and interaction with Marena. This is not a review on their product. I ordered a garment Priority Overnight only to receive it 2 days later than expected. To be fair they listed their office closing hours on the website. However, they did not state that certain conditions such as being made to order would affect the shipping date. This fact was not stated in their frequently-asked-questions or shipping section on the website. When I called to inquire about it, customer service was touchy at best.
