Worst customer experience. Wanted to purchase a new keyboard, which was in excess of $200. As there are three choices in the types of keys the same keyboard come in, I asked if I can feel the difference between them. I was told no. I had to choose one blindly and purchase it as they had no models on the floor. I was fine with this, although a bit odd, I then said after I paid for it and it's not what I like, could I exchange it? NO again, as he claims he doesn't do refunds for change of mind! So I said don't you think the client should have the option to inspect the three different products before handing over cash? His response was to find a shop that sell it as well and test it there, then purchase it from him! What a joke. Take your money elsewhere, the level of arrogance the staff have is beyond belief.
