I bought an Audi over the internet from Prestman Auto. I have not received my car yet, but so far everything has been better that I spected.
Most of this has been possible thanks to Fernando. Fernando has done everything possible to help me close this deal.
He even recorded a video with my instructions showing what I wanted to see about the car.
I'll be writing a second part once I receive my car, but for now do yourself a favor and ask for Fernando when you go or contact Prestman Auto.

Now, I received the car. The car is as promised.
I'm very happy with the car.
During the negotiation, Fernando told me that the car had the owner's manual; when I received the car, I noticed that the manual wasn't there. I contacted Fernando and he told me that he already ordered the manual online and that he was paying for it because Prestman was not going to buy it.
He told me that because he promised me that, he was going to honor his word.
Fernando already mailed the manual and I'm waiting for it.
I have been using the car for almost two weeks already and everything is normal. The engine sounds great (I mean healthy) the transmission works normal, and in general is a normal car. The car has some minor cosmetic details, but it's a used car with 37K miles. If you want something perfect you have to buy new.
My experience so far had been very good.
