so I purchased the assortment pack. Ordering was easy and they were delivered quickly. I enjoyed the flavors- my favorite has to be the Teriyaki. One of the packages was moldy. But wait- let's not focus on that. I emailed them with a picture. They responded SO quickly (like within an hour)! Just from the picture they were able to see that the package had a defect and hadn't been sealed correctly. They offered either a credit to their store or to replace. I accepted the replacement. It arrived so quickly. Listen, mistakes happen but how a company treats their customers and right the wrong speaks volumes! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
