Worst experience I have ever had at any establishment ever. One of the employees - Alex Knol (thanks Instagram) decided they didn t like me and my friends (who calmly were drinking coffee for an estimated 2 minutes) and got very aggressive, tried to fight me, and kicked all of us out. He claimed to be the manager, but we weren t all too sure - he was for sure an employee though. I understand that a this is most likely not a normal experience for customers, but this is just unacceptable. I genuinely felt threatened and was convinced my friends and I would be assaulted. Nobody around us said a word and the staff did nothing to calm him down. Very unimpressed, and I don t believe I will ever return.
