I discovered AK Electrical through British Gas vet...

I discovered AK Electrical through British Gas vetted tradespeople.
I am a landlord and used AK Electrical today for the first time today after my management agency told me my tenant needed a new pendent light fitting in their room.
AK electrical attended on the same day as I requested their services. Not only this but they even attended after 6pm at my tenants request.
On inspection AK Electrical discovered that in fact it was only a lightbulb that needed replacing!!
Problem solved and AK Electrical updated me with this information immediately. On receiving my invoice I noticed that they very kindly reduced the previously agreed call out charge without any impetus from me.
What can I say....great service, very honest chap and super kind too. It goes without saying I will certainly use AK Electrical again (hopefully for a more complex job!) and would certainly recommend them.
