At times big organisations like network homes get things horribly wrong, i know all to well and had a minor problem. in those crucial moments, they have fair systems in place to rectify those issues and do try to put things right. They train and retrain their staff often I see them improving they organise an i house home repair department they have lots of homes to keep in good order not an easy feat.
