Horrible customer service. Not open all the time to jelp their customers. If you have policy issues then you're stuck because they are never available or dependable to help. Just stress and please do you a favor and get one of the big companies such as allstate etc. They are big for a reason. This is like first chicago insurance which ks complete rubbish. Stay away from these insurance companies.
