Used their pest control service. Turned up late on the first visit and didn't bring a torch when it was dark so used his phone to try and spot the problem, stayed for a couple of minutes and didn't do anymore than sprinkle some posion. On second visit he didn't even collect the dead rodents, when we complained to customer services they were rude and less than useful. 150 pounds wasted. Would rate no stars if possible
