I booked in with Able Group recently to unblock my drains. I called on the Sunday for them to come and help on the Monday. I then got a call on the Monday saying they couldn't make it, so rescheduled for Wednesday, which I agreed to - but was aware that the problem was getting worse by the hour. I appreciate it is a busy time of year, so was ok with it. I chased them on Wednesday to check the status and was informed they would call back to update. I was called only for them to say they couldn't make it......again. Let down twice - apologised on the phone but not very pleasant - if they can't do the work - don't book the jobs in. Poor
