Due to Covid 19, the provincial government puts visitors for 14 day quarantine. Had to cancel my NON REFUNDABLE booking with The Marlborough Hotel. I was expecting no, zero refund. But got this fast reply
"The Marlborough Hotel sent you a new message:
Sorry to hear this! I hope we can see you at another date. :)
I have gone and requested your cancellation on your behalf.
I hope you have a fantastic day!"
Customer service at BEST.
