STM as a whole is a great community that I have been fortunate to be a part of. However, the new high school youth minister, Hannah Smith could improve on positivity and professionalism (usually in front of the kids). I think that this could be easily improved if she filtered more of what she said in front of the kids (i.e. remaining positive even if she happens to be tired, etc.). Another angle of professionalism that I believe she could improve on is the show of favoritism towards the youth. While this is always a struggle when working with people in general, you shouldn't treat the kids you have clicked with any different than the other kids, holding all of them to the same standard and accountablity despite who they are. She has a lot to offer to these kids in terms of theology and teaching them the faith.
