Thieves. Very unprofessional and not upfront. We paid over $300 to get services activated. Then requested service to be disconnected by 12-3-18. After we had moved out, they said the deposit would pay what's left of our bill, if there was additional then we would get the final owed. We now get a letter saying we owe a whole bill period, and they're trying to get us for $300+ now saying the deposit only covered ONE bill. Leaving half the deposit not being used or sent back.
