This was the worse restaurant experience I've ever encountered. Two families were seated about 5-10 minutes after us. They both got their drinks and order taken. My sister took my nephew to the bathroom and the waitresses were in back chatting and playing on their phones. We actually had to ask them if we could order our appetizers (keep in mind these other two families were already taken care of) Our waitress came by and said," I was told you were ready to order your appetizers?" This was the first time she even "checked" on us. Our buffalo wings were just plain wings and we received two bowls of tobacco sauce, I have NEVER had to put my own sauce on. It's like us receiving the ingredients to our dish and us making it ourselves. We also had to ask for silverware. I LOVE the breakfast, for that's the only time I ate there. Maybe it's just the night staff but I will never eat lunch or dinner there again. I am also a big tipper, I will tip $10 to a $30 meal, but this place and staff did not deserve a title tonight. I'm very disappointed.
