I have taken my vehicle here for service the past few times, and each time, has been a very positive experience! Robin Jones is my service advisor, and she has been amazing to work with. Each time I had to service my vehicle, she was able to get me into a BMW loaner and out the door in no time. She addresses all my concerns about my vehicle and follows up with updates throughout the day via text or emails, which I appreciate greatly. Robin goes above and beyond to ensure I m satisfied with the work that has been performed on my vehicle. The customer service she brings to this dealership, is so impactful and valuable, she s definitely an asset to this company!

I also, want to thank Brian Latimer (Fixed Operations Director). He always greets me with a smile and positive attitude, when I do see him in the service lane. I know he s very busy, but he takes the time to ask how I m doing and what I m in here for. He knows I m in good hands with Robin Jones!
