Don't look from the exterior. Get a guided tour and you will see the real beauty inside. Tour tickets can be purchased by going through a side entrance. I paid 300 pesos by credit card but it was worth the money. If you need an English guide, find out the time when such tours are offered. Get a good camera as you can only take photographs without the use of flash. Tour takes about 50 minutes. There is also a cafe in the building where you can have a bite and coffee while you are waiting for your conducted tour
