The food is good the service is terrible. I called to place an order for pick up.... just one combo meal... Was told that they cannot take orders over the phone for pick up. Lol. You have to come into place your order tonight. Apparently this place is just rolling in money so I'll spend mine elsewhere next time.

I live local and I hope they're still rolling in money when the summer crowd leaves Conesus. Poor decision-making by Management in my opinion.

***UPDATE*** The owner contacted me on Facebook. I saw and was relieved as I thought he was reaching out to apologize and look into it. MUST READ the screenshots!!! UNREAL! I dont even know what to say... SMH.
