I just bought from Amazon 4 boxes of Builder Bars....

I just bought from Amazon 4 boxes of Builder Bars. This one had a red ribbon and
when i taste it, it had an awfull taste!!!
Amazon can refund me!
Is there anyone in this company who can give me an answer?
