The people that work in the parts department have no idea what they are doing. They have little to no knowledge on Honda parts. Last visit I went to get installation instructions for a optional accessory fog light kit. They can only be supplied by the dealer. They have a data base they pull them from and print them out. First guy said he had no such thing and would search Google for me. Then the second guy that tried to help printed off how to change a fog light bulb instructions. After now being furious, finally a service writer/manager searched and found the proper instructions. Another visit i needed a key made, the parts department employees said the VIN I gave them did not match with anything. Then they asked me if one of the numbers was wrong, that particular number would have completely changed the chassis code to a completely different model. Something any employee should know. I dread going in there when I need something from parts, I now buy online any time its possible.
