You can't even call them if you have a problem. Phone was repaired within warranty and screen and speaker are said to be new but not functioning properly. Again the phone should be lost for at least two weeks if I returned it. Speaker wasn't even wrong with it and they seem to have put in a worse one.

Losing your device for two weeks would not be a problem if you get a loan device, but unfortunately that is not the case.
