Can't find PCN number - can't pay without it.........

Can't find PCN number - can't pay without it........... ? Great communication lines by the way, no email address - contact number goes to a robot. We are in 2020 please sort this out. Unnecessary stress to pay a fine - someone reply

Replying to Susie with the chip on her shoulder. I never recived a letter or email stating I had a parking fine this flagged up as a ccj when I went to rent a house.... Car I had was v012 okz
