Paul and Raina were absolutely wonderful, extremely personable but professional. Paul made the initial choice for the purchase of a sofabed very easy, and was very kind about letting me come back several days later to view the fabric when I was having cold feet. Raina kept me advised as to when I could expect delivery, and the delivery company were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Sofa So Good, as their selection of models and fabrics allow for a host of choices, so I ended up with something that I really wanted, not just because it was available on the floor, ready to go.
